If you've been invited as a couple or family group, you should have the option to RSVP on behalf of your guest(s). Contact Chris or Emma if you have any issues or questions.

If you're coming to our ceremony, please note our registrar is booked for 1pm, so please arrive from 12.30pm to ensure our wedding can start on time!

Evening guests can arrive for our reception from 7.30pm.

We've booked the venue on an exclusive-use basis, so there are 22 bedrooms available to reserve at the Woodlands.

Please indicate on your RSVP whether you'd like to book a room - we will allocate once all guests have replied, prioritising family and wedding party guests.

Rooms cost between £120 and £180, and include breakfast. You'll need to contact the venue to book your room once we've confirmed which one you'll be staying in.

As much as we love your children, we have decided to keep this one for the grown-ups. Thanks for understanding - we hope you can still join us and enjoy a night off!

The Orangery and main bar closes at 12am midnight, although the hotel bar will be open until late.

There will be a set menu for all wedding breakfast guests, however we'll be happy to cater to any dietary requirements or allergies. Please let us know about these when you RSVP.

Your presence at our special day is all we ask for! However, should you kindly wish to contribute a gift, please consider donating to our honeymoon fund.
